Two Presidents !

When Bush became the president I supported him while first termer. And 9.11 happened suddendly. At that time, he made a dicision to fight against terrorism. Most of all American people agreed with Bush's policy. However the U.S.A. army was not able to find Bin Laden. They destroyed many military buldings in Afghanistan. And they involved uncountabul inosent people. That war continued for more than four years. As a result, U.S.A. castigated by the world. Ever lasting war made them exhausted. And people started to complain about Bush, then the supported rate for Bush declined. Americans hoped for change. Contradictory, young leader president Obama found. The 44th president Obama inauguration ceremony will be held next Tuseday at 1am. Japan time (January 20th). People in countries all over the world will be paying attention to his speech. I also hope “He can Change”

2008 is nearly ending ・・・

This year 2008 is nearly ending. Big earthquake of Tohoku region and world economical crisis happenig from U.S.A. and so on. There are gloomy news for this year. I hope next year will have happy news. My hope of next year・・・I want to enjoy second part of my life as I am. I hope to travel whole Japan with my camera.

「Anne of Green Gables」

Now Anne of Green Gables is Broadcast in an Einglish program of the educationl TV of NHK. Then I wanted to read Anne of Green Gables and I bought it yesterday. This book was written by L.M.Montgomery in 1908. This novel is like her autobiography, and it talks about her growing in Prince Edward Islands of Canada. I heard that many tourists visit there to meet Anne even now. I will read this book at the long night of autumn.

Norikura Kogen

I went for an excursion to Norikura in Nagano prefecture to take photo of autumn leaves with my friends. I left my house early in the morning at.6:00am. It took four hours and half for one way. We had lunch in the bus. Photographing time was from noon to 3:30pm. Now was the best time to see autumn leaves of Norikura. The Japan Alps were covered by snow and seen aginest the Alps and all of the trees that turned red, yellow and orange were so wonderful. On the way back, We dropped by Bandokoro Otaki (waterfall). It was poweful and enormous. It was a spectacular view. I took many photos. I had a great time.

Equinox Flower

I went to take photo Kintyakuta in Hidaka city. Higanbana turns red like red carpet along Koma river in huge land. Even though I left my house at am.6 and arrived at am.8, many people were there already. I couldn't take photos comfortably. That's why I went there next day agine. Higanbana has no leaves, the height is 30cm, pistil and stamen aer so long. Higanbana has poison. The Higanbana is planted to defend the rice plant in the rice field from the rat and mole.

This time, a exhibition of well known Tale of Genji in Heian period is being held City. For this exhibition I was asked to create bookmark of flower and plant of Heian period. I made 400. We aer giving those bookmarks to visters. we are looking foword to your comming.

Beijing Olympics

Kosuke Kitajima made the new record with 100M breast strok. He won two gold medals twice, Athens and Beijin Olympics. He was injured and had slump after Athens Olympics. But he has spiritual strength so that he could overcome the slunp. His shout of victory after goal was never heard. After while he cried with joy, I also cried when I watched him on Tv. I was so impressed.
In this Olympic games, I was suprised showy ceremony and too many people. between general citizen of China and gorgeous ceremony, I felt some gap, I had mixed feeling.
