CO2・・・・

Now, It's important to decrease CO2 in daily life. Why is globalwarming proceeding when CO2 is increaseing ? CO2 is called “Greenhouse gas” The earth contain heat by Sun, and surface of the earth is warmed by greenhouse gas. That's why, We mustn't increase CO2. If there was no CO2 the temperature of the earth is -18℃. Then I bought a machine that dries garbage to decrease CO2. It becomes organic fertillzer when burying into soil. I want to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Oze

I went to Oze last week. Oze where is surrounded by high ground marshland straddles Gunma, Fukushima, Nigata and Totigi prefectures. Oze was registered as national park last year. Snow remained in Oze still now at the end of May. A lot of skunk cabbages were in blossom in the water of thaw. I enterd Oze from Hatomatitoge in Gunma prefecture. In fact it takes two days to walk whole walking course. But I just returned around three kms. On that day, weather forecast said it would rain. But fortunately it didn't rain. I had a nice hike.

Huge Earthquake

There was a huge earthquake of M.7.8 in Shisen Syo of China, pm.2.28. on the day of 12th in May. It's known that there were 65,000 dead and 19,000 missing so far. Some prefectures of Shisen Syo were destroyed. Almost all schools of Bunsen prefecture were collapsed. And many students died under school's buildings. In front of that parents were screaming like a crazy calling children's name. I couldn't stop weeping. I think Earthquake is the most terrible natural disaster. What can we do just for one minute, Even though there is warning siren one minute before earthquake in Japan. Though it is said ahead that we usually need to prepare emergency bag and examine earthquake resist of house to defend from damages of earhtquake.

I'm absorbed……

I'm absorbed in the bread cooking now. I baked bread a few times a week. I larnt how to cook bread for 3 years, when my children were small. Cooking bread is not difficult for me. But it's stable depending on weather temperature and my mood. This photo's bread uses the same dough as the butter roll bread. There are cheese, corn, onion, and bacon inside of the bread and cheese on top. Cinnamon roll is mede of roll out the dough and put cinnamon and sugar on the dough. and roll up the dough and cut the dougt in three centimeters. Baked them for 15 minetes 190 degree centigrede with oven.

Mother's day !

Last Sunday was Mother's day. I sent my mother a bunch of flowers. She will be ninety nine years old this December. There are some customs in celebration of the turnnig point of age in Japan. For example It's said Kanreki（還暦） when becoming 60 years old, the seventy seventh birthday is Kijyu（喜寿） My mother becomes Hakujyu(白寿） When you plus one to the Kanji of 白寿, it becames 百歳 in Kanji, that is the meaning of 白寿. Our family is going to selebrate her next week. Mother is special parson for children.
